Core Shooting Machine With Conveyor Belt

This series cold box(hot box ) core shooting machine is vertical parting,and the moving mold can be flipped and put the same core into conveyor belt.

The core box template is optimally designed and installed by adopting three through guide shafts and one semi-guide shaft, which further increases the stability of equipment, facilitates coring and is more humanized. All actions of this equipment are automatically controlled by PLC.

The operator of this machine can press the hand valve to complete the following actions in sequence: Closing the mold-moving the ejector sleeve forward-pressing-ejecting sand-exhausting-releasing-moving and resetting the ejector sleeve-opening the mold after time delay curing-ejecting the sand core-(operator) taking out the sand core.
