Drum Shot Blasting Machine

A drum shot blasting machine is a type of equipment used for cleaning, descaling, and surface preparation of small to medium-sized metal parts. Loading:

The abrasive blasting unit propels media at high speed onto the parts, removing contaminants and surface irregularities.
Separation and Recycling:

Used abrasive media and debris fall into a collection system.
The separator system cleans the media, removing debris and unusable particles.
Clean media is recirculated back into the blasting process.
Dust Collection:

Dust and fine particles generated during blasting are collected by the dust collection system.
Unloading:

After the blasting cycle, the drum stops, and the cleaned parts are unloaded.
