How It Works
Contaminated Air Inflow: Dust-laden air enters the collector through the inlet.
Filtration: The air passes through the pleated filter cartridges. Dust particles are trapped on the surface and within the pleats of the cartridges, while the cleaned air passes through and exits the collector.
Dust Cake Formation: Over time, a layer of dust builds up on the surface of the filter cartridges. This dust cake helps enhance the filtration efficiency.
Cleaning: The pulse-jet cleaning system periodically removes the dust cake from the filter cartridges. This is done by delivering short bursts of compressed air into the cartridges, causing the dust to be dislodged.
Dust Collection: The dislodged dust falls into the dust hopper and is removed for disposal or recycling.
