Upper Shooting Type Foundry Horizontal Molding Machine Description
The automatic horizontal molding Machine adopts PLC control, stable and reliable, can realize automatic operation, simple and convenient operation, small area, high productivity, suitable for the production of automotive parts, such as cylinder head, flywheel shell, brake pliers, etc.

Components and working principle of upper shooting type foundry horiozntal molding machine:
The upper shooting foundry horiozntal molding machine is mainly composed of a frame, a post structure, a pneumatic sand gate, a sand-shooting tank assembly, an upper sand-shooting head assembly, a lower sand-shooting head assembly, an upper sand box assembly, a lower sand-box assembly, a template shuttle mechanism, a protective door cover, and a pneumatic system. Hydraulic system, electric control system, etc.
Automatic flaksless molding machine
This machine is an automatic upper shooting horizontal molding machine instead of manual modeling, with high degree of automation, convenient and stable down core, and high effective utilization ratio of double-sided template. The machine has compact structure, compact shape and no need of ground pit. It adopts air flow sand filling technology and hydraulic compaction technology to improve the molding speed and sand mold quality, and the molding ability reaches 60-80 type / hour. More efficient production of large quantities, high quality sand mold, the production of small tolerance range of castings, can be almost no need to grind the net geometric size castings. The machine has been improved on the basis of the previous horizontal molding machine, which will be up, middle and down at the same time. Fixed on four columns, the accuracy of closing box is guaranteed and the problem of wrong box is solved.
