Working Principle
The production line operates as a closed-loop cycle:
Sand Mixing: Raw sand, recycled sand, and additives are blended to restore optimal properties (moisture: 2.5–4.5%).
Mold Formation: Molding machines compact sand into flasks around patterns (jolt pressure: 0.4–0.8 MPa).
Casting: Molten metal is poured into molds, followed by controlled cooling.
Shakeout: Castings are separated, and sand is sent to reclamation.
Sand Treatment:
Thermal regeneration (600–800°C) to burn off binders.
Mechanical scrubbing to remove residual coatings.
Reuse: Treated sand is reintroduced into the mixer for new molds.
