The wire mesh belt shot blasting machine operates through a fully automated, continuous process:
Loading: Parts are fed onto a motor-driven wire mesh conveyor belt.
Blasting: As the belt moves parts through the blast chamber, high-speed turbines (blast wheels) propel abrasive media (e.g., steel shot, aluminum oxide) at velocities of 60–100 m/s, uniformly treating all surfaces.
Separation and Recycling: Spent abrasives and contaminants fall through the mesh belt into a recovery system. Reusable media is filtered and recirculated.
Unloading: Cleaned parts exit the machine, ready for further processing or packaging.
