The working principle is that the core sand mixture with liquid or solid thermosetting resin as binder is injected into the core box after heating. The sand core is quickly hardened to a certain thickness (about 5~10 mm) in the hot core box and will be removed to get a smooth and accurate quality sand core product. The hot core box core ejection machine has the following advantages compared with the ordinary core ejection machine:
1 the production efficiency is high: the working process of the core box ejection machine is completed at the same time with the sand filling and compaction, and immediately hardened in the hot core box. A cycle cycle only takes more than ten seconds to dozens of seconds, and the sand core for casting can be produced.
2 the quality of sand core is good: it can shoot any complex core sand, and the size is accurate and the surface is bright and clean, so that the casting allowance can be reduced.
3, we can save a lot of auxiliary equipment and tools for core making, such as core drying oven, dryer, core bone, wax line and so on.
4 lighten labor intensity, operate flexibly light and easy to master, use electric heating, temperature can be controlled automatically, the working place is easy to keep clean, create conditions for mechanization and automation of core process.
5 if the gas generation system is selected, the machine can meet the requirements of cold box core making.
