About the workpieces are loaded wet or snow, usually there is no problem with the shot blasting process. but the end-user should need to concern is the blasting media will stick into big lump if they do not use the shot blasting unit for a long time. And another thing the end-user need to concern is after shot blasting, cause the surface of workpieces maybe not totally dried after blasting, it will rust soon again.
The best solution is to add a pre-heating system unit on the inbound roller conveyor system of the shot blasting unit, which will totally solve all the above-mentioned problems. but this will greatly increase the whole shot blasting unit budget price, and it will also increase the long-term blast processing cost too, cause it will greatly increase the power/gas/diesel consumption.
For most of the shot blasting machines, there is totally no problem for only built the weather-proof cabinet for the machine main body, and leave the conveyor system outside, and this is also a good solution for most customers who have indoor space restriction problems.
